Thank you for shopping with Rovela. We are dedicated to ensuring that every order reaches you in excellent condition and within a reasonable timeframe. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order. By placing an order with Rovela, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our fulfilment team will begin processing your order within 1–3 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak periods — including promotional sales events, holidays, and new product launches — processing times may be slightly extended. If this applies to your order, we will notify you by email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at the time of purchase. Rovela is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
FULFILMENT ORIGIN
All Rovela orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse facility located in the United States of America. Orders are shipped internationally to customers worldwide, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The following estimated delivery windows apply from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Australia
Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note that orders shipped to Australia are subject to Australian Border Force customs processing, which may extend delivery times. Rovela has no control over customs clearance durations.
United States & Canada
Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard International Shipping: 5–9 business days
Rest of World
Standard International Shipping: 5–9 business days
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Rovela is not liable for delays caused by international customs processing, carrier disruptions, adverse weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.
SHIPPING RATES
We are pleased to offer straightforward and transparent shipping rates.
Orders under $180: A flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Orders of $180 or more: Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.
Shipping rates are calculated in USD and may be subject to currency conversion depending on your location and payment method.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of dispatch for your tracking information to become active and visible on the carrier’s system. If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact our support team at support@rovela.co with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Rovela ships internationally and as such, orders may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.
Rovela does not have control over, and cannot accurately predict, the customs fees or import duties that may be applied by your country’s customs authority. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office or postal authority prior to placing your order if you would like guidance on any applicable charges.
Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes is not grounds for a refund. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-payment of duties or failed customs clearance, a restocking fee may apply.
LOST, DELAYED, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe listed above, please contact us at support@rovela.co and include your full name, order number, and shipping address. Our team will open an investigation with the relevant carrier on your behalf.
Rovela is not responsible for packages that have been scanned and confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, we recommend first checking with neighbours, building management, or any designated safe drop location before contacting us.
Rovela is not responsible for packages that are delayed, withheld, or lost due to customs processing, carrier errors, or incorrect address information provided at the time of checkout. For packages confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible and arrange a suitable resolution.
